Daily Light has been a favorite daily devotional scripture reading plan for almost 200 years. It consists of brief groupings of scripture passages based around Biblical themes (for morning and evening) for each day of the year. It appends no commentary, but rather allows scripture to speak for itself. This devotional was compiled by Samuel Bagster of London (1771-1852).
